I'm over being pregnant 39 weeks.

I'm so ready for my pregnancy to be over.  I'm 39 weeks and my baby Is still at 1cm .  I don't know if it's my pregnancy hormones or me just ready for all this baby to come but I'm getting really emotional.  Then the summer about to come up soon so I'm trying to have this baby, loose weight and get back into my cute clothes for summer time. I'm starting to get real moody now.  This is my first pregnancy and it was a life changing experience. I went from being 102 pounds to 176 pounds. My third trimester really gave me heck . I barely sleep at night and can't move around like I use too. I went to moving like a track star to a snail.

I just posted the same thing. I went from 202 to 276...this weight is heavy. I'm so annoyed. 39 weeks and 5 days. I  have an appointment tomorrow and hopefully I get good news. I havent even began to dialate. I still have a mucus plug. Honey, I am definitely right with you. Wish I knew what to do to help us, but I got nothing.

Hi there,  Well, you are getting close for sure.  The hardest time is the very end.  I was 10 days late with my first.

Here's how I tried to look at it---  the time before the baby got here was the last 'me time' I'd have for a long time.  Once the baby arrives, it is all about baby care and loving on baby.  I couldn't relax whenever I felt like it, read a book from cover to cover, leisurely take a shower, watch a movie uninterrupted, etc.  I was a mama 24/7 and had much to do with that responsibility.

so, this is it.  Go get your nails and toes done.  Go get a hair cut.  Go the movies.  Go to lunch with a friend.  All of those things will be much more difficult when you have a baby.

You'll lose weight when you have the baby but for a lot of women it takes some time.  I was tired.  I had a hard time exercising.  And I found my main exercise was putting the baby in the stroller and running/walking.  I couldn't go to the gym anymore (I just didn't want to leave my baby in the gym daycare, germs galore in there).  I had some light hand weights at home too.  But it took me a bit of time to lose the weight.  I gained like 45 pounds!  That was hard.

Anyway,, hang in there.  It will happen soon hon.  peace
