I'm worried what should I do?

I'm 27 weeks pregnant. I always have terrible heartburn, that sometimes causes me to cough and vomit at times. Last night I woke up coughing and felt it rise up in my throat, so I got out of bed and went to the restroom to vomit. As I was throwing up, I felt liquid pour down my legs. I though oh well, it's normal for me to pee when I cough or sneeze, or even vomit. Once I was through, I stood up and looked down and what I thought was urine was a very clear liquid, and it was A LOT!!! I was startled b/c this is my first pregnancy, so I don't know if my water broke or not? I cleaned myself up and layed back down thinking if I was in labor that I should be having contractions...right? Well it's been almost 24 hours since then & I haven't had any leaking, pain or contractions.I feel my son kicking & moving as normal. Since I am a first time Mom I am still nervous and extremely worried. Can someone please give me advice. I'm not married & I'm going through this alone. Please help. Any advice is needed. Thank you, Raquel 28 yrs. old

yes if it was clear and alot and didnt smell like urine you need to get checked now, your water breaking and not getting immediate attention can cause infection.  and be harmful to you or baby.. go now, even if its nothing, you'll feel better knowing you went and got checked, rather then something happening and you didnt go in, youd never forgive yourself.. good luck

I have a Dr. appt. tomorrow. That is the only comfort. Does it sound bad enough to go to the E.R immediatly? It was quite a bit of liquid & it did not look or smell like urine.

You need to call your doctor asap. They can determine if you are losing amniotic fluid. If you are, you will need to go on bedrest and drink lots of fluids most likely.
