can implantation bleeding happen 4 days after conception
Implantation on average will not occur until 6-12 days after ovulation, and most women also will not bleed from it. If you do have implantation bleeding, it would be a spot or two of blood and nothing more.
However, if it is implantation a pregnancy test would be able to be taken in the next 2 days and show a positive.

I believe it usually happens around 3 or 4 weeks. I had light spotting at end of week 4 beginning of week 5. So I thought that was implantation bleeding, but don't know for sure.
