Sorry your first labor was so long. The ripening of your cervix is what is going to take a while. Once your cervix starts dilating, you will go faster bar nothing else goes interferes. Good luck, I wish you a quick and painless delivery!!
my friend was induced with baby number 1, baby number 2 was born 2 days before due date and her 3rd she went over, was booked in for an induction but baby came after a few days. you may not need the induction. with my aunt, both of her kids were induced but baby no.2 arrived in a matter of hours. if a baby has its back to your back when labour starts, labour will be longer, if theyre facing your back then labour is much easier and shorter. its to do with the easieness of getting down the birth canal. i am not sure if anyone can tell you the position of the baby when labour begins. every pregnancy and labour and womans body is different so its hard to tell how yours will go but i wish you the best of luck. hope this has even slightly helped.. :/ lol xo
