I was only trying to make you aware of the dangers. Some women do try to induce too early. I didn't know you were asking out of curiosity so I was telling you the dangers to make sure you were safe z

I am only 35 weeks and 4 days and I am looking for ways as well just in case or as I get closer I can help things along.... I never hurts to be prepared....
And
deborita09  you are right no one should judge you for asking a question, you never stated that you were trying to induce labor.... I am sorry some of us over reacted we just love all our mommies and babies and want everyone to be happy and healthy :)

You can try anything you want but as someone who is now overdue for a third time, I can assure you that nothing will work. And yup, you dont want to be even trying yet, aside from the possible complications, it will just leave you frustrated....honest.

I agree with the ladies who are saying 34 is WAY to early to try to induce labour. Your baby still needs a few weeks to continue to develop. Try to relax for your last few weeks and spend some time doing things for yourself that you enjoy.

I've just read you're 34weeks. There is no reason you should be trying to induce yourself st this stage. Your baby will come when ready and if born now wouldn't be healthy. Doing things to make yourself go.into labour now would be dangerous and irresponsible. There is a reason we are pregnant for 40weeks. Every week in there is an essential week if development for the baby. It's lungs haven't stopped developing at 34weeks

I totally recommend acupressure and reflexology. I tried everything and those are the only things that have been helpful at all. Im not in labour yet, but they.cause me to dilate from 0 to 2.5 -3 cm and effaced 70%. Im hoping for labour soon!!! How far along are you?

Walking, sex, nipple stimulation, jumping jacks, a bumpy car ride, spicy food,  ect alot of these things can trigger it but I have also heard only if your body is ready to go into labor will it work....I haven't tried any of them yet because I am a ftm
