Interesting way to celebrate (the week after) Mother's day....

with......................................................................... .................................................. ......................................... a faint BFP. Definitely not counting my chickens yet - we weren't trying, but had an oopsie with the mini-pill earlier this month. I'm still a few days out from my period being due but this is when I've tested in my last 2 pregnancies and gotten faint BFPs. I'm kinda in shock - and definitely not counting on it yet. I've had 2 faint BFPs in the past that have been chemical pregnancies and I'm super early so I'm not saying I'm pregnant yet - but will definitely update in the next few days. We definitely want one more baby, but we were hoping to space them a little farther apart than we spaced Kahlan and Grey (21 months)...so we were going to try later this year. If we are pregnant...YAY! if not, oh well - it will give me more time to lose weight. I want to be skinny again by the time I am pregnant because this is likely to be our last baby and I want to take all the professional pictures and enjoy every moment...not that I won't anyway :-). But anyway I just wanted to let you ladies into the loop. It's been an eventful month for me. As many of you know, I have been in pain management for some serious issues over the last few years, but this month I decided to stop seeing my PM doctor and stop taking meds kinda out of the blue...and we had to move out of our rental and bought a house on a lake. so it has been a super crazy month, in a good way.

Like I said..I'll let everyone knows what turns up in a few days - I'm not thinking I'm pregnant, but who knows, and a faint BFP could be real so...we'll see.

How is everyone doing?

btw anyone who has me on Facebook please don't say anything - I don't even know for sure yet, and even if I AM pregnant we won't be saying anything until the first trimester is farther along. Thanks in advance :-)

Well, we'll be waiting for the real thing next time...darn chemical pregnancies.  I had one before too, so I know how you mean it doesn't "feel" like you're pregnant.  Good luck TTC. :-)

By the way, how are your wisdom teeth?

Terri that's awesome! congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well my period started today BUT...DH and I decided we're going to start trying in the next few months, so you guys will be hearing a BFP for sure hopefully from me soon :-).

I kinda had the feeling something was off - I usually FEEL pregnant when I am. I've been through chemical pregnancies before and I'm pretty sure this was it, but like I said...I'm a bit sad but no biggie...we'll be sharing our BFP soon enough (i hope lol). By my daughter's birthday in september we hope to be pregnant with #3.

my fear is my 7 year old feeling left out but im hoping he'll occupy himself with friends and big boy things but we will see

i really havent had any symptoms other than sleepy and increased appetite....keep us posted

A little more spotting today, no bleeding though. very odd...I had spotting when I was early with my son, and couple that with the wisdom teeth and faint BFP and I'm actually starting to wonder...but I still don't FEEL pregnant, know what I mean? Well..I'll know by monday. I already know what a pregnancy test is going to say so there's no point in buying another lol...if AF hasn't shown by monday I will test again I suppose.

and LOL angela - maybe wisdom teeth are a free pregnancy test! a free, painful, awful pregnancy test!

So, maybe your wisdom teeth are trying to tell you something??  I have never heard of that as a pregnancy symptom...huh...quite interesting.  :-)  They always say to listen to your body, but I've never heard anyone say listen to your teeth.  LOL

I don't have my wisdom teeth anymore, so I guess I'll never know if it would have been a symptom for me...ah well.

Thank you guys!!! lol@ Cass...you will be pregnant next O.o....o.O!

Rosa I totally got it I thought I had responded...I'm doing really well I've MISSED you!!! how are you?!

Brittny it would be awesome to be pregnant together again!!!

UPDATE: I had a little light spotting today, but since today is when my period should start - not sure what to think! gonna test monday if nothing by then because that would be the longest cycle I have ever had if it hasn't started. No feeling like AF is coming...I also have to test monday because I have an appointment with an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth and I need to know if I can get the xrays or not.

which is kinda funny because how I found out I was pregnant with Kahlan is very similar - I was having horrible wisdom tooth pain and went to see the oral surgeon..said"I think I may be pregnant" and he was like "well you need to find out for sure" so..I tested...10dpo..and..YUP...pregnant! So I had to post-pone the surgery....they acted up when I was first pregnant with Grey as well ..and now that I may be pregnant again, here they are - acting up! lol

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok all the ladies who had babies right around the time I had Lily are getting preg again.  I'm starting to get baby fever.  EEEEEEK

As for close in age. My middle two are 14 months apart.  They are just as close as can be.  But they do still fight a lot. No more so than they do with their other siblings though.

I'll be watchin for updates

Congrats (tentatively)

We are going to start trying in July, I think I just started ovulating last week I got a sharp pinching feeling in my right ovary like I usually do and I haven't had that feeling since the month I got pregnant with Kaelynn. (crossing fingers)

Maybe we will be pregnant together later this year if your not now.

I agree, that being close in age definitely helps. My sister and I are 17 months apart, and while we fought like cats and dogs growing up (I still have scars from her!!) but we're really close now. Especially since our babies are 2 months apart. On the other hand, my youngest sister is 8 years younger than me and I don't really do too much with her. If you want to count my dads new daughter, she's 20 years younger than me and she'll likely grow up with my baby and niece.

Congrats as well Ivy!!! I really hope it works out well for you and this is it!

Joy I agree but it works both ways... my sister and I are 19 months apart and unfortunately for me cant stand each other, she could care less lol... shes the oldest, my brother and I are 14 months apart and we can be the best friends ever!! he;s always there for me as I am for him but we like completely different things so it kinda drives us apart... but it is nice to be close to him..

@Joy, Yeah my brother and I were 4 1/2 years apart and DH and his brother were 5 years. I was closer to my brother as a kid, but DH and his brother pretty much never talk. Their personalities are polar opposites. It took us 14 months to conceive Lexi bc of fertility issues due to pcos, so I feel like later on down the road if he does decide to ttc again, that it'll take another year or two...and that scares me. lol. It's such a strain on your relationship when you have to go through fertility treatments.

NicoleW and angela - siblings are can be very close when they're close in age! My SIL's two oldest kids are 18 or 19 months apart.

My two oldest are 22 months apart. I love it!

Ooh!  Congrats...hopefully!  My daughter that I am pregnant with now was a surprise, too - we weren't trying (and obviously not preventing very well) - but we were gonna start trying three months later - when my son turned a year old.  As it is, they'll be 18 months apart so we'll have our hands full come June! :-)   Good luck to you!

thanks ladies :-). another faint one this morning, but we'll have to see. like I said I just don't have the feeling, you know?

I can't take pics because my husband has used all the batteries in the house...everyone keeps begging for more pics of the new house and I can't do that either, lol.

Aww! That's so sweet! I wanted another baby so that it would be close in age to Lexi, but DH said no. I think they're closer when they're closer in age.
