Invited to a pole dancing class

I haven't told anybody that I'm pregnant yet. I'm trying to wait until my doc gives me good news. So its hard not to tell my friends and family. When one of my friends invited me too the exercise class and I just laughed. I mean would that be safe? I know I can't get around the pole, up the pole nothing concerning that pole lol. I figured it would still be fun and a different way to get some exercise.

With my first child I went snow tubing when I was 5 months pregnant. I didn't tell anyone I was pregnant. I don't remember seeing a sign that pregnant women weren't supposed to do it. My son came out perfectly healthy.

As the previous poster said listen to your body. Only you know your limits. I did tons of exercising even running after my 3 year old when I was pregnant this last time. I had another healthy baby.

Ok I'm only 5 weeks and 6 days. My legs hurt a lot lately. I need to buy a video that shows how to do some yoga or stretches.

as long as you don't have a history of miscarriages you can do almost anything :) you just have to listen to your body if you start to feel tired stop and drink lots of water....early in pregnancy your baby is well protected deep in side
