Is cramping a bad sign when your pregnant?

I have had cramps my entire pregnancy. I am 16 weeks today. When I found out I was pregnant and I was still having period cramps, I was worried, but I have still had them, and sometimes they are worse than other times. Today, it's hurting my back and everything. I can't go to a doctors because I need an id which I am in the process of getting. But I have not gone to any doctor appointments, although I have gotten an ultrasound because I paid for it. Does anyone have the same thing with the cramping because it really scares me.

You still have a looooong way to go! Back aches are a good excuse for a massage! When I cramp I get my husband to rub my lower back an it helps

As long as you aren't bleeding you should be okay. Cramping and back ache is normal and is just an indication that your uterus is growing and making room for baby so it also puts pressure on your back.

Yes period like cramps are normal as long as there isn't any bleeding but I would still notify my doctor to let them know what's going on and if it gets unbearable I would go to the hospital
