Now, I tell people that I meet or see that I am pregnant so there is no question.  There are people I see who I know are not pregnant (were like 6 years ago) and they still have a pregnant looking belly...I want people to know that I am not overweight, I am indeed pregnant!

Its so funny when people don't want to ask if you are pregnant or just fat!
I'm 11 weeks (10.5 to be exact) I am deffinitely starting my 2nd trimester soon, I barely have symptoms at all and the bloating has gone down a lot, even my boobs are not AS tender and swollen (they've just remained bigger and a little tender).

I'm 25w now but I remember going through the same thing early on.  And, everyone's bodies react differently to pregnancy...I am due April 20 and there is a woman I work with who is due a month after me and from the get go, she looked really pregnant (even at like 12 w and I didn't get a preggo belly until much closer to 20w...I had a pudgy belly look, a thickened waist etc.  At 23w I had someone who I work with that thought I had just gained weight!  It was an older guy lol  I told him that I was leaving for a half a day and he asked where I was going and I said for an ultrasound and he asked why...I told him I was pregnant and he was like oh, I didn't know, I thought you had just gained weight!

How far along are you? Yes i must admit i dont feel as bloated as i did a few weeks ago so your right it was probably swelling. A friend of mine is around ten days behind me and she still had a flat stmomache where as i had a bump but her baby measured bigger than me but i have always suffered from bloating even before i got pregnant.

Your big belly was probably just being bloated, you actually shouldn't be showing much right now. So now you probably have less bloating and growing a real baby belly.  Don't worry you are fine.  The swelling that you get in the beginning goes down and then you have more noticeable baby growth.
I went to the Dr. yesterday and in the last 2 weeks I haven't gained anything, I actually lost one pound! :) it was probably water weight, but I've noticed that the swelling and bloatedness that I had has gone down, I don't feel as fat anymore.  And I do feel my belly getting harder.  Just relax.

Yes and yes.  At around 14 weeks you start feeling your belly change a little and the sore bbs well, I've had them since before I found out I was pregnant, sometimes they are sore, sometimes they are really sore, and othertimes they feel normal.
What you may have thought was a bump probably was being bloated, not the hardness on your belly might be really baby growing.  Don't worry unless your doctor tells you something to worry about.
