Is it normal for me to be having such bipolar mood swings? I have been really stressed lately and have just recently been releasing some of it and I have noticed that I get very sad or angry at random things. My mother has even told me to take a nap a few times because I just want to cry at the strangest things that I wouldn't usually cry over. Is it normal and are there any ways that I can relieve stress and emotion faster?
Maybe try a warm bath, go for a walk, put on headphones and listen to music, punch a punching bag. Breathing is the most important!
