I was pregnant == about 20 weeks or and was hospitalized for pneumonia several years ago.  I had to have a couple chest x-rays.   It turned out to be okay as far as outcome of the baby.  None of the medical professionals seemed to be that concerned about it.

I had an xray when i was prego with my daughter of my chest..she came out perfectly healthy..no problems..i was having really bad chest pains for a long period of time and they couldnt figure out why...so she ordered one..they use an apron to cover you up all around your belly and back area..if you are really worried about it you can ask your doctor more questions about it..or call the clinic that will be doing the xray and ask them more about it..they have to tell you more information before you have it done..

we're not drs but i do know for sure you cannot have x rays when you're pregnant. it can cause deformities, abnormalities for your baby

Can you explain to them that you are pregnant, and that you can get the x-ray after you have the baby? As far as I know you can't get any x-rays while pregnant.
