Is my girlfriend pregnant?

Ok, my girlfriend has been taking birth control since January 7th, 2009. But on Friday September 24th, 2010 she forgot to take her pill, so she took one on Saturday (25th), two on Sunday (26th) and has been taking the pill daily since then. On Monday (27th) her period was over, and on Tuesday afternoon (28th) we had sex, but on that same Tuesday night she started bleeding again. She thinks it might be her period again because of when she took the two pills on Sunday, but neither of us are sure. It is now October 8th, 2010 and she is still bleeding but not as heavily as when she started that Tuesday night. My girlfriend and I are worried that she might be pregnant. Can anyone please help us know what's going on?

The same thing happened to me when i was on the pill. It was because i forgot to take it so i bleed for a whole month on and off. but take a preggie test just to make sure, and if your still both worried see a Dr and next time use condoms if she forgets to take it again, just to be supa safe and it will help you both for not stressing :) good luck

seeing red blood will more than likely mean she is not. if she is worried ask her to speak to her doctor
