I'm 3months pregnant & I'd like to know if anyone knows of I could lay out & tan yet before summer's over with,I want to be tan for pictures this weekend
Not expert but I think you'd be fine- just put on spf to be safe. And stay hydrated! don't underestimate the heat and how tired you will get from being in the sun. Drink plenty!
Normally a little time in the sun is not harmful. It's important to avoid becoming overheated and dehydrated while being out in the sun. And you want to avoid being out in the heat for extended periods of time, especially during the hottest part of the day.
