Just a weird question...

I am nearly 23 weeks and I always feel like I'm pulling a muscle or something... It's hard to describe but if I stretch out in my sleep I either get a bad cramp in my calf or feel like I pulled a muscle on the inside of my thigh. The other day I went to get out of bed and felt like I pulled a muscle in my shoulder! The pain goes away but it just feels like every move I make something starts to hurt! I work in a nursing home and walk 7 hrs a night 5 nights a weeks... I was just wondering if anyone else gets like this...? I was thinking about getting a YMCA membership so I could start swimming laps and do some light weight lifting... Would this help?

Cramps are normal.  Just remember to not use ur stomach muscles to get up from laying down.   Try to get up slowly.  As for leg cramps.  Try laying down with a pillow under ur hips and inbetween ur knees.  That helps me.     Any other cramps. I suggest u stretch before getting into bed.

Leg cramps are very common. There are stretches you can do to help. Also drink more water, that will help. I has a terrible cramp the other day and I put a heating pad on it for a while and that really helped.
