Kidney Pain

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and have had quite a bit of pain on my left kidney. Do any of you ladies know what the pain could be? I have read it could be an infection or it could be the way my baby is positioned. Please share your experience or give advice if you have any!

Could be from being cramped, or could be an infection.

Every time I've had pain, doc.would run tests and I'd come out clear. So I figure 90% of the time its from baby
