Labor question

How does pineapples make you go into labor??
I ate pineapples and felt my stomach get tight after I ate them, I'm hoping they work for me these last 3 weeks have me so miserable I just want my daughter here.
What else could you do to go into labor other than sex??

You've got a better chance of it giving you the ***** rather than it putting you into labour...I don't believe for one second that any foods help put women into labour. It's never been proven to work. Nipple stimulation is the only thing that has been proven to help start things up.

The actual core of the pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain and it helps soften your cervix if eaten in large quantities. What worked for me was power walking and combo of squats for 2 hours straight in my yard until I started to contract into labor.

How much pineapple did you eat ? Was it a fresh pineapple or canned? Has to be fresh in order for it to work and a **** ton of it... like the whole thing and possibly more I'd day depending on weight and stuff. I'm a tiny person so one whole fresh pineapple helped me.. opened me right up lol my cervix went from a 2 to a 9 within like 2 hours.

I know it has to be fresh pineapple juice or a fresh pineapple, um sex, nipple stimulation, walking, squats, spicy foods, stairs, birthing ball,
