Leg Cramps?

I have the worst leg cramps ever. What causes these? I'm 30w1d.

I know what u mean im 31 weeks and I get them every night it got so bad that my legs started swelling and I couldnt walk from the soreness of the cramps doc said to strech before bed wish I ccould but its to painful but u should try

I'm 23weeks &3days I just caught one the other morning while I was sleeping & yes it do hurt but do u get them during your whole pregnancy?

I had this for a while my doctor told me it could be a potassium deficiency and to eat more bananas so I did and the cramps went away

I get charly horses all the time and they freaking hurt allways happens when I'm in bed

Me too they feel like growing pains and shin splints. Glad it's normal.

Round ligament pains dear! Perfectly normal!! I get them here and there. I had it like clock work with my son very uncomfortable! Hope they ease soon!
