Oh I meant im 22weeks 6days. Sorry my bad. Its not a shooting pain more like muscels needing to be stretched feeling. I think where im trying to explain is the groin. Just exactly the line where my left leg ends and my minnie stsrts. Im definately goin to look up restless leg syndrome. Thanks guys..:)

Hi,
It would be worth looking at some info on 'restless legs syndrome' to see if this sounds like what you are going through. I had this with my last pregnancy and it made sleeping really uncomfortable. Given the fact that you are at the beginning of the pregnancy, it also could be caused by the ligaments and joints loosening up the way they do at the start of pregnancy. I don't know if sleeping with a pillow between your knees would help? Depends where exactly the ache is. Hope this helps.
