Leg cramps
How many of you ladies are hving leg cramps?? I hve the worst leg cramps at nite sometimes it wake me out my sleep -___- oh & I b hvin crazy dreams I really dnt sleep at night ugh
Slow mag its a vitamin my obgyn told me aboutit when I was pregnant with my first baby. I used it for the next pregnancy and this one thus far only one cramp and only 8 weeks to go.
Oh my gosh!!! SO BAD. I at least wake up once a night with cramps in my calf or shin!! They hurt too!!
