My ob told me an old wives tale that if you put a bar of ivory soap at the foot of your bed under the sheets it helps with leg cramps I know people that swear by this it didn't help me but I have other conditions that contribute to my leg cramps

I thought the spoon thing was ridiculous when I heard it but it worked with me. If you get the cramps in the same place everytime, put ice on it even when you don't have a cramp. It prevented the cramps for me

I'm taking prenatals & B12 gummies vitamins. But I've never heard of the spoon thing...I'll try anything!

Your prenatals should have b12 in them. B12 usuallyhelps prevent cramps. Also as silly as this sounds, keep a spoon by you and place it on the cramp, the coolness actually helps the pain subside, also ice

Is there any kind of vitamins or medication I can take for them? I've already tried the banana thing and I just lose interest in eating them after so long...
