Losing my mucous plug?

Can you lose the mucous plug a little bit over time or is it usually all at once? I've had a lot of cm the past few days and this morning, I noticed a small spot of blood in my undies. Could this be the start of losing it? The super gooey cm and spot of blood?

I started loosing mine at 25 weeks lol!! now 41 weeks and have just stopped losing it had quite a lot the most so far over a 2 day period

Yes u can but u can also lose it more then once it keeps regenerating til u have the baby

The mucous I've had hasn't really been colored at all, except for the tiny spot of blood in my unds, but it's been super gooey like the egg white cm we always looked for during O time.

I lost mine in pieces over a week. Gross and as best as I can describe it, it's like my vagina had a loogie. ew.

I lost mine all at once and went into labor a few hours later. With my second I never lost it at all and so far at 36 wks 3dys I haven't started loosing yet. Good luck.

I just want to make sure my body is getting prepared for bean's arrival! I know nothing will induce labor unless it's time, but I can't definitely make sure I get my body ready!

Lol your making a really good effort for this little bean to show up! I was 41 weeks when my water broke and i was scheduled to be induced the next day. So it felt like I was pregnant forever lol.

Im hoping the time is close! I plan on going for a long walk today, and ive been bouncing on an exercise ball every night. DH and I will be having lots of sex (lucky him!!) and hoping for the best!

I lost mine over a four day period and it was like really really thick cervical mucous. It was clear with like a yellowish pink tinge. And it looked like boogers.  Then my water broke.

I lost mine in 3 days time;) I did have a little pink/red cm ...hope it's starting for you!

I lost mine over time and then in actually came back lol. Bc I ended up being induced a couple weeks after I started losing it.

I've been told you can lose bits and pieces rather than the whole thing by my ob.  I'm kinda freaked out about it falling out eventually lol
