Lovenox

So I'm going on a daily dose of Lovenox, and I have to have hydroxyprogesterone weekly. I'm getting nervous not so much for me but my fiancé. He takes great care of me and idk if it's hormones but now with baby #2 being a girl it's a risk I may genetically passed or will pass my high blot clot risk to her. What if she has miscarriage problems or risks having going into labor early. I worry about my son too- I just found this information out today. I hope I don't cause them the pain of loss and worry I endured with them and their angel brothers and sisters.

And since my last c-section was so last second I worry ifvtge force me to have another one something could go wrong? I take pain well and am overall healthy I just don't want to worry my family I like worse case scenarios so I can prepare myself and them for it. I've not been near death but I am rare and many complications confuse all doctors I've seen. Even kind words will help, I'm just venting my worries.

It's really hard not having control of certain things or outcomes. I really do hope everything goes smoothly for you. Make sure you have a discussion with your new OB about wanting to do vbac and get an idea if he/she thinks its a good idea or not. That's pretty much all you can do except leave the rest up to the man upstairs.

Thank you and I know I'm worried about what I was reading about epidural while taking lovenox, debates on when you should stop prior to surgery for pregnancy; possibly bleeding too much. That and I do not get numb underneath my skin so another c-section would be a bit uncomfortable since I passed out last time from all the pain and I like to be aware what is going on. That and if anything goes wrong I'd be passed out before I knew so....i'm probably over thinking but I wonder if I should write a will or letter to my baby just in case things go bad? My doctor is freaked out that made me think.. and I'm moving to another city which means a new doctor.

I know your worried about passing on your blood clotting disorder but honestly you cannot prevent this. It's great that you are aware of it so that you can notify their doctors and it can be a part of their permanent medical record. It's valuable information you have for their care in the future. I have a suggestion for you. Get one of those bracelets made up with the disorder written on it and in case of an emergency everyone will know to take added precautions.
You would have to discuss with your ob wether or not vbac or another c section is indicated. Which ever you have I'm hopeful you will have a good out come. Let your family take good care of you for a while. You will need all your rest with two precious kids to look after.
