Lower belly pressure

Hi i am 22 and im in my end of 6th month of pregnancy and from last few days im having this constant pressure on my lower belly and it is painful at times this pressure is even more while having sex i dont understand whats happening it had never happened earlier pls help

So should i stop having sex?? My hormonal changes are increasing my sex desire alot but is that going to affect my baby and increasw this lower belly pain

I do think things like this can be completely normal.  Baby sitting in such a way it feels pressured and heavy.  If it is at all rhythmic, perhaps it is braxten hicks?  And you always have the option of calling your doctor to ask their opinion.  But I would suspect this is normal and not something to worry about.  good luck
