Mason Cole is here!
Idk if Kaila got a chance to post for me yet (if you did thanks!), but Mason was born on 12/9/2009 at 6:02pm, 6lb 5oz 17 3/4 inches long. I was 37w5d and had gone in for ctx that weren't slowing or stopping. After giving me 3 LITERS of fluid they agreed to a csection. He required a few minutes of Cpap and oxygen but was in my room within a couple hrs. He hasn't even had any jaundice issues so we really feel blessed.
I spent 4 days recovering from my csection and that was tough since they couldn't control my pain for a while. But now that we're home everyone is holding him and I got a chance to get away for a few minutes. Pics will be up in a while. Also apparently while I was gone TJ popped his 2nd tooth.... I did get to see him bite himself for the first time though! lol. he drew blood.....
My csection went ok, but it took 3 tries for a spinal to go in and they kept hitting nerves where my back is damaged so I had more pain afterwards w/the pain from both my back and incision.... so it took a bit stronger pain med to control it but things are ok now. The spinal ended up being placed a space or two above normal and my blood pressure dropped so I started to black out since I was numb nearly to my neck at one point but once they raised the head of the bed a bit it got better. :)

Aw...poor TJ, he'll get there. Just give him time. I'm sure he'll be loving his little brother soon!

TJ is not a happy big brother! lol. he doesn't want anything to do with Mason and will push him away so I think once he realizes Mason is here to stay he is gonna be one unhappy little boy.

oh my gosh!! i was out of town again! im always out when the exciting stuff happens! anyway, CONGRATS!! he's adorable!
congrats im glad everything for the most part went well you have a handsome baby boy i go in tomorrow so we will see how it goes

He is absolutely gorgeous! Sorry to hear about the trouble, but very glad to hear all is well and everyone is home. Such a sweet boy!
