I have one and I wear it a lot to support the weight distribution on my back and it works awesome if I have scoliosis so my back to hurt a bit more than some others ladies but like I said I relieve back pain for me so I'd say it's worth a try it works for some people but not for others so its kind of up to you good luck mama:)
I have one and i .didn't feel like it made a differance maybe at first but as i got bigger it didn't
