Measuring BIG

At my 25 week appt., my belly measured 3 weeks ahead.  So, they took me in for an ultrasound and this little guy is measuring 2 + weeks ahead.  They did the GD test and I passed so they don't seem to be concerned.  I am growing like crazy.  Anxious to hear at 29 weeks how big this guy is again.  Anyone else measuring big?  Could it be a sign of anything bad???

I wouldn't be worried. All babies grow at their own rate and its not uncommon to measure a couple weeks ahead or behind. As long as the baby continues to develop is what matters.

I have the same issue. My doc only goes by my last lmp so even tho my baby measures 3 wks ahead along w my uterus he says I'm having a big baby too. No problems with measuring big just more painful backaches for u. I get my next ultrasound tomorrow so I wonder how big my baby is too.

I measured large my whole pregnancy with my daughter. I had numerous u/s's because of some problems I had and everytime I had one they made a comment about how big the baby was. I had my final u/s at 37 weeks and they said she was almost 10lbs!!! I had her a few days later and she was 7 lbs 6 oz:~)
