Milk of magnesia?
Does anyone use this? Is it safe?

Talk to your ob. I dont use anything just drink alot of water and fiber should be fine im 30 weeks and havent had a problem with constipation. Read the label
I don't know if milk of mag is safe during pregnancy but miralax and colace are. Both are over the counter.
