I'm experiencing light vaginal bleeding, brownish in color, & mild cramping today. Yesterday I had an ultrasound & they determined I was 6 weeks along. They were able to detect baby's heart rate which was 114 bpm. Is this a miscarriage?

It's normal.. it would only be a concern if you were bleeding dark and heavy with extreme cramps.

It's normal to cramp the first few weeks and also remember every pregnancy is different with my first I had morning sickness vomiting nausea dizziness all throughout my pregnancy this time everything stopped at about 15 weeks I am now 31 weeks and just feel tired all the time . And I agree with the above post as long as it's not bright red or enough to fill pad like you were menstruating you should be fine don't worry and try not to stress :)

What about the cramping? This is my 3rd pregnancy. I've never experienced bleeding or cramping with my last 2 pregnancies..

Spotting is normal during pregnancy. I spotted around 6 Weeks as well and I'm now 23 weeks. If the heartbeat was strong at your ultrasound, I wouldn't worry. As long as the bleeding is not red, or heavy enough to saturate a pad, or accompanied by painful cramping, then you are okay
