I'm not sure why you would want to increase your risk of miscarriage? If you do not want to get pregnant, your best defense it to use protection (condoms at minimum) or if you have an "oops" the morning after pill.
Given the risks of miscarriage (including hemorrhage that could lead to death, infection and/or having to have an emergency hysterectomy) you are much better of trying to prevent a pregnancy in the first place.
If you ARE pregnant and do not want the baby and do not want to consider giving the baby up for adoption...please do yourself a favor and go to a safe facility such as Planned Parenthood and have a legal abortion. There are good reasons that pro choice advocates fight so hard to keep abortion legal...trying to miscarry/abort on your own is dangerous.
