Missed 2 periods but neg HPTs.....pregnant??????

Hello. I am so baffled over my situation and I am hoping someone will have some advice for me. I am 19 years old and have had my period for 9 years now and it has always been regular. I have never missed a period before. My LMP was about July 17th, 2007 and it is now September 23 and I have not had a period since. No light bleeding, no spotting, nothing at all. My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex (using withdrawl) and I am not on any form of birth control. I took an HPT a week after my first period was missed and it was NEG. I took another one about two days later, it was NEG. I took another one right around the time of my second missed period and it was still NEG. What is going on with me? I am not under any unusual stress in my life, nothings changed. I have never had any "female" problems in the past. This is all new for me. I thought for sure I was pregnant when I missed my period since I've never missed before. I am urinating more frequently. I used to go to the bathroom once during the whole day at work, if that, and now I am using the bathroom about 5 times during the day at work. I am not one to ever get headaches but the past month I am getting headaches quite often. As far as nausea, I really haven't been nausiated recently, but on and off I was feeling sick to my stomach in the past month. I get tired easily. My breasts were really sore back when I was expecting my first missed period, for about a week or two, but they don't really feel sore now. They feel a little heavy but thats about it. I feel bloated all of the time with occasional pressure and/or slight cramping. Is it possible that I can still be pregnant after the 3 negative HPTs?? I have a doctors appt. Oct. 2 with my OB/GYN. After going all of this time thinking I am pregnant I think I am going to be very disappointed if my doctor tells me I am not. The next week is going to feel like forever!! Someone please help!! Thank you!!

Well I did another test this morning as my breasts felt quite sore and I thought it must be positive!  But its a BFN!!

hello ladies.
Well am still late i havent got my period yet am know 8 days late and am wondering whats going on.You all know i took a test and it was negative . I havent tested yet for the matter that am scared that its going to say nagative again and crush my dreams. I really want a baby and when i see negative it makes me feel like why me why cant i get pregnant and theres other women out there that when they find out there pregos they dont want to be you know what i mean .I cry and i cry because this is what i really want.(But then again i see no reason for my period to be so late)If am not pregnant then what is it you know?But i been told that some HPT cant always detect your HCG like a blood test can.So thats the only hope i have that its just too soon.And am going to the doctor on friday and i pray to god that i hear what i want to hear because my hope its just almost gone. Am really scared to not hear what i want to hear and get all upset again....So wish me luick

hey, I'm curious to hear the results! My own period is three weeks late (first time in my life and no real reason for it- I am always on time) and all three tests I've taken are negative, also. I also have heavy breasts, a sensitive stomach, frequent need to urinate, aches, new hunger all the time.....but no period.
If this continues, I am going back to the doctor in a week.

Still nothing..Doctors appt less than a week away! Getting anxious! I just don't see how I can't be pregnant. If I had cysts or something I would have some sort of pain or bleeding.. I am not stressed..(and I don't see how stress can stop a period for two months in the first place.) I really believe I am pregnant and so does everyone I talk to about this situation.. I thought FOR SURE I  was pregnant until my last HPT showed NEG.. now I'm just confused! Because it's like.. if I really am pregnant than why are my HPTs showing NEG still? Then I start thinking.. am I not doing the tests right? How hard could it be though to take an HPT correctly though.. I follow the directions unless the 5 seconds in the urine really isn't enough...Ughhh

WELL I STILL HAVENT GOT MY PERIOD (STILL WORRIED) I KINDA STARTED TO GAIN WEIGHT OR AT LEASTE  I FEEL LIKE IT..I CRAVE FOOD MORE AND ITS NORMALY AT NIGHT! By 2 months pregnant you should show up on a pregnancy test since they show levels as low as 25 HCG and its not common to get a false negative so more than one makes me think you are not. At 5 weeks pregnant my levels were at 11000. its possible yours are just to low to tell but I'm going to say most likely its something else.

Rodriguez- its possible your pregnant wait a week and rest if still negative and no period go to the doctors.

Girl it sux!!I am panic because i dont know if am pregnant i been trying to get pregnant and i took 2 test one a day after my missed period another a day after. And am still late i havent got my period i am really worried if am not perganant then what is it you know?At this point am hopping that i am i really want to be we been trying so i hope it is!!But i will wait to see what happends!!Thank you so much!! Dont worry am in your shoes too i wondering and if i go to the doc and they tell me an not i will be very disappointed!! Because you get used to thinking or making your self think you are you  know i just hope i am i really been waintting a baby!!! But like i said all my test been negative! Hello. I totally know what you are going through. As you can see from my post, I am in the same situation but I have missed 2 periods now and as of a few weeks ago my HPTs were still showing neg. :-( Since you are only 5 days late for your period, I would not panic or stress about it. You definately might be pregnant it could just be too early to show on the HPT yet. Are you stressed? Are your periods usually regular? You just have to wait it out. I know it's not easy. These past two months have been so confusing for me, as I just don't understand whats going on. I've never missed a period before so if im not pregnant then whats wrong with me and why do i have some preg. symptoms, and if I am pregnant then why are my HPTs showing negative? It's a sucky situation and all you can do at your stage of the game is wait unfortuneately. If you miss your next period, make a doctors appt for a blood test. That's what I am doing. I have an appt. Oct. 2. I have a feeling this next week is going to CRAWL by! I can't wait to find out! Best of luck to you!

hi, do the hpt with some other brand. check for the exp date. i have almlost all the symp that you have i am now 34 days preggo dont worry about the neg because i heard that women sometimes get repeated neg even if they are pregnant dont drink anything before taking hpt dont worry the next test you take will be positive maybe your hcg level is still low to show the positive any thing is possible at anytime b'cos it is amirracle . don't keep thing about this at all time be free and relaxed i pray for u
