I had a blood test done after having 2 negative results on 5/26 and 6/1. So I decided why not just go and do a blood test. Well the doctor call 6.4 to let me know it was indeed positive but that my HCG was 41. and that i need to re-test on Monday. Kinda freaked me out. june 7th i had gone into the hospital b.c i was spotting and it wouldnt stop. they did a blood test and it was 349, so it had gone up. i then had another blood test on 6.9 and my results on 6/10 were 628,. had a ultrasound on 6/15, showed 2 cysts and a sac. did blood work which i got back on 6/23 and the numbers had gone up2 6122. so i mean negative tests dont always mean negative and light bleeding like spotting is not mean you arent either. one way to test is to have a blood test. pregnancy tests dont show the hcg if its tooo low. so the best results would be from a blood test, i go for my ultrasound on friday to see if we can see a heartbeat, i am going to request for one more blood test to see how high the numbers are. i am soo nervous about friday and its taking forever to get here:(

baby dust to you and hope you get the result you want. :)

About 14 days after conception which is about the time a women would miss her period.  It is incredibly rare for a pregnant women who is not drinking excessive amounts of fluid and takes a HPT during the correct time and performs it correctly to get a false negative result - incredibly rare.

read the box. it usually says that you can test as of the first day of your missed period.
