Mommies with toddlers & adding one..

Hi ladies,
A few weeks ago I found out that i'm pregnant with baby number 2. I have a 19 month old at home & he has his good days & his bad day (like all kids) but right now he clibs all over me & is kind of angry towards me.. I know hes a kid but lately it's been terrible.. i'm only 10 weeks & not really showing & he stands on me & jumps on me & freaks out when i put him down but it really hurts & i dont want him to hurt the baby.. & i know i have awhile to go but how do you bring in a new baby & how to get him/her to be good with the baby? or to be included in everything and not feel "left out" any tips on it?? & is it hard to do :( i'm so nervous.. thanks ladies!

I'm 30W with baby #2 as well , my daughters 2. I still have the same thoughs. At first she was mad. Then when she found out it was a boy and not a girl she was even more mad. Shes starting to realize she's gonna have a sibiling. But she still has her days were she won't listen to me at all ! She'll try to kick my belly and hit , but I've noticed that when we go shopping for the new baby I buy her something too.... An outfit or small toy and explain this is for you and this is for brother.. Even with bottles I'll explain these are brothers and the sippy cups are your cups. She's kinda understanding it but again some days she's just world war lll . I think patience and explaining that there's a new baby but your still mamas baby as well gets to them.. The biggest thing I am struggling with now , is potty training, she will go to the bathroom for my mom at her house but when she's home she refuses... Just hang in there mama it'll get easier

I guess i was blessed with an easy child. She doesnt hit or kick or jump on me. Shes only accidently hit her head on my belly and when id say "ow!" She rubs my belly and says sorry. And kisses and says "baby brother" id say be patient and take her around other small babies and explain there will be one of those around soon n you need her help... so on and so forth
