More symptoms?

I am starting to feel dull aches in my lower back, but only on the right side. It started early evening yesterday and then when I got up this morning I started to feel it again. Could you get back aches with pms or is it only a  pregnancy symptom? I don't want to get my hopes up. I can't help but think that it is to early to be pregnancy symptoms I mean I am only 6dpo. Someone help me out.

I was 7 DPO and started getting symptoms, lower back ache, feeling weak and dizzy, a bit sicky, then got my BFP on 12 DPO, so good luck x

i guess you could get it with either.  I had it yesterday or the day before on the right hand side also and I am due to start my period tomorrow or sat.  I hope it turns out the way we both want it.  Good Luck
