Gummy bears and mints are also supposed to help if you keep some by your bed.

Keep crackers by your bed and eat a couple before you even sit up. Make sure you stay hydrated. Its best to never let your stomach get empty but at the same time don't go to bed right after eating or on a full stomach. Sometimes a warm bath before bed can help to relax your body. Different things work for different people, I have HG and it took me until about 30weeks to figure out what works best for me and I still get sick occasionally. Hope yours goes away soon!

Ginger, and crackers was my bestfriends. I had excessive nausea in the beginning of my pregnancy, it lasted until I was 4 months. Hopefully this helps
