Hey I am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant I got up this morning to a sudden dizziness and had to grab a bucket and run to the toilet because sounds disgusting but it was coming out of both ends, since this morning I've been sick again just wondered if this is normal or what this is my first pregnancy and I'm only 20 me and my bf are very excited help me!!! Ruth xx
I started my morning sickness right at 6 weeks on the dot and it last until about 18 weeks. I would get sick from both ends also. I was told that having morning sickness means the pregnancy is a very healthy one. Hard to feel so healthy though when you are puking! It's completely normal.
i never had sickness on either my 1st baby nor this one but i did have it slightly on my 2nd pregnancy back before xmas started at 6 weeks but stopped at 8 weeks cz i had a miscarrage but yes it is normal. i was told ginger biscuits help with morning sickness. just have one of them or a cracker before you get out of bed it could help
Once you find something that works for you that will help tremendously. I had an odd craving for green olives initially. Come to find out that they actually help morning sickness. I would have those with saltine crackers. Make sure you are eating smaller and more frequent meals too that helps out a lot with getting your body acclamated.
