Pepperment tea, zofran, crystallized ginger (if you can stomach it), ginger snaps, ginger ale. Eating an orange helped a little, saltines never worked for me lol, um those cinnamon hard candies, and surprisingly, lettuce, since it is mainly composed of all water it is very easy to digest and I find that I've never thrown up lettuce, whenever I throw up everything else. Lol that stuff is just what helped a little for me.
Here's what my lists tells me to do that the Dr gave me:
Try bland foods. Like crackers, toast, or Graham crackers.
Snack on nuts, dried fruit, rice cakes, cereal, or PB crackers.
Add lemon to your water.
Sip on peppermint or ginger tea.
Try apple's or small amounts of chips or pretzels.
Eat something with protein before bed.
Sucking on Hard candies can help with the sickness throughout the day.
