You should call your drs after hour line or L/D, give them your symptoms and see what they say...but it could be preterm labor...i have that...started at 24w with my first and 21w with this one...after two days of bad back pain i finally went in...and i was having preterm labor...so pls call...see what they say...just be prepared to go in...its a strong possibility

i think it would be safer to be checked out just to be on the safe side. some women can get back labor and some women dont. i had that problem and that was when i was 33weeks with my daughter it was because i was also dehydrated or if you wanted to, you could take Tylenol for the pain and if that dont work then go into the ER/OBgyn and get checked out if that dont alleviate your pain

First thing you need to do is take a Tylenol and a warm bath and see if that makes it go away.  Also while you are in the tub drink a big glass of water.  When you get out, lay down for a bit.  If it does not go away or gets worse then u should get checked.  Good luck.
