My induction story :)

I arrived at my hospital at 3pm on 2/5. They hooked me up to monitors and gave me an IV. They started giving me a pill to help soften my cervix and start labor.i took it every four hours twice bc it was working "too well". I got the pitosin at 9am 5/6 and starting getting contractions almost right away... The pain was horrible and all in my back so when I was 6cm I got the epidural which felt amazing... I pretty much slept after that until I was ready to push around 1:30pm. I pushed for 15 minutes and my son was born weighing 8lbs 5oz :) overall it was much easier than I thought and I didn't rip thanks to my amazing midwife! I'm absolutely in love
