Same here. I lost 25lbs my first three months pregnant with my son and I never had moreing sickness. I gained all that back and then some....
But if you don't weigh yourself at the same time every day then when you do weigh yourself it won't be cinsistant. You should weigh yourself in the morning after you pee. Let's say you do it one day in the morning with your PJs on and then the next day you do it when you are dressed in your regular clothes at 5pm then you do it again the next day in the morning again, the weigh ins won't be consistent because you are wearing something else and your weight in the morning is different than your weight at night because you have ate/drank water and you usually are wearing something lighter in the morning. I weight myself everyday in my PJs when I wake up so my weigh ins are all consistant.
Hang In there. I lost about 15 lbs from pre pregnancy to 20 weeks. Then I started gaining again. I just weigh myself when I go to the doctor. That way I know I'm on the same scale at the same time of the day
I try to stop weighing myself everyday but I want to know if I'm gaining weight.
None... I've never threw up but my appetite hasn't been normal either. I try to eat but nothing appeals to me, it's frustrating!
It is normal for the body to fluctuate 3-5 pounds daily. I wouldn't be concerned about weight fluctuation. Also if you aren't weighing yourself at the same time every day then that will explain the fluctuation.
