Does everyone have to do NST's or is it only if your a high risk pregnancy?

I have to do the nst twice a week until i deliver. I have been since 30weeks. Im high risk though and my daughter barely moves so they monitor her closely to make sure she is still doing ok.

I just started getting them weekly because I was having contractions atound 34-35wks

Nope didn't have them with my last three babies.

I've had them every week since 28 weeks. I am now 37 weeks and will have them until I deliver. I am high risk. You only have them if your doctor is concerned or your high risk.

It monitors your babys heartbeats and your contractions. I get them twice a week but towards the end alot of people get them

During my pregnancy I had 3 and I wasn't high risk. They just do it to check on the baby more closely
