In all honesty, I think the best source for you is your own doctor.  THEY are responsible for your care.  Commercials on tv are driven by lawyers who are like ambulance chasers trying to get a class action law suit.  It's not a good source of scientific data to support their claims.  THAT is where your doctor will come in.  If your doctor has prescribed Zofran, you are wise to ask them questions about it.  Another good source is your pharmacist.  My pharmacist has us sign when we receive a medication from them that all of our questions were answered.  So, they are trained to talk to you about what you are taking.  That really is the way to go.  Otherwise, you are kind of open to opinion and drama rather than true medical care from license professionals that are responsible for you.

So, talk to your doctor and pharmacist hon.  That's the best source of information.  good luck

I stopped taking it once I saw the commercials about it. I'm sure the baby would be fine, but didn't wanna risk it. After all it is better to deal with it naturally.

My OB prescribed me Diclegis. It works wonders and it's a schedule A drug which doesn't risk birth defects to baby. The only downside is that it I wake up groggy if I take it too late.

Love zofran! Drs prescribed it for all three of my pregnancies and it's the only thing that helped me to do basic human functions. My kids have all been born healthy so far, each weighing in at 8 1/2 pounds+

I was taking it for a while, I stopped immediately after my doctor told me not to be taking it. It helped me ALOT but my morning sickness was so bad that if I ate while I was on zofran, then by the time zofran was wearing off I would throw up any food that wasn't digested yet. Now I'm taking promethazine and it helped ALOT!

So why would you want to take that chance?? Ask your doctor about some other kind of medicine or try the natural old fashioned way and get you some ginger or something with ginger in it! Hope this was useful!Good luck
