Hi this is my 3rd pregnancy 2and for my first one I suffered 24/7. This time round I am using zofran 2 takes most of nausea away and stops most vomiting ( unless baby doesn't like what I have eaten. It's been a godsend as I need 2 be able to look after my other 2 kids as well.

Emetrol is an over the counter med for nausea that is safe, try always keeping something in your stomach, eat crackers before getting up in the am, try ginger tea. Good Luck, I never found anything that worked.

My sister used the seaband bracelets and she swears by them.  She has two kids and she was esp sick with the first one.  Nothing else worked for her until her husband read about them and brought them home.  She refused to take them off except to get showers.  I am 9 weeks and I just started to get nausea so I and thinking about going to get some as well. Also you could talk to you MD and they could prescribe you something like Zofran or phenergan.  Also you could drink a little ginger ale as well.  Sometimes that works for me and sometimes it doesn't.
