Neasuas but can't throw up?

I'm four weeks pregnant and I'm always neasuas and I start gagging, like dry throw up but I don't actually throw up I just feel it in my throat and it's so gross and makes me sick and I constantly feel horrible!  Anyone else have this?

For me if the nausea is really bad drinking water helped it come up. Just getting it done and over with so I could get rid of the nausea

Yup that's how mine started to then it got worse I lost 20 lbs and I'm 16. Wks and it finally stopped. So needless to say it's probably going to get worse before u get better.  Sorry and good luck and stay hydrated

Yes I had this from 8w to 10w and then I was physically sick every day, sometimes multiple times a day until 18w.
Now at 21w I am back to that nauseous gagging stage.. I find frequently snacking helps to keep it under control, I am just tired of continuous eating even when im not hungry ahah. The joys of pregnancy, hopefully you start to fell better soon.

That's the thing I get neasuas when I'm hungry but as soon as I eat I'm ever more neasuas and sometimes I need to literally shove the food down my throat cause I'm so hungry, and then run to go throw up

Ah the joys of morning sickness (n) unfortunately it's normal. I found making sure I always had a little bit of food in my stomach helped. Once I got hungry the nausea got bad. Sometimes chewing gum or sucking hard candies helps too.
