Thanks qirls ;; I kinda figured that its just Because pregnancy is progressing so that's why my breathing is hard I also have noticed that I'm wheezing now when I breathe :(
I'm 23 weeks
How far along are you? As your pregnancy progresses it IS normal to have difficulty breathing. Remember that baby is taking up a lot of room inside you and pushing all of your other organs out of the way. That means that everything is being compressed up against your lungs and can cause difficulty breathing. This can be exacerbated by alllergies if you have them. Don't over exert yourself and try sleeping in a reclined position, this should help to keep the breathing difficulties to a minimum.
try taking some one with you when you next see them who will give you support. and make it clear about your worrys. as for me i just tell them as it is and make them listen. thats what there there for it could be something as simple as asthma or allergies and if your ob wont listen try talking to your nurse or g.p. good luck.
Thanks a lot ladies. I quess I'm qonna qo stock up on bananas now lol :) even tho they sometimes make me sicc to my stomache. As for the breathinq part I think ill call my ob and see what they say but they ALWAYS say everythinq is normal and that kinda makes me upset because its my first pregnancy so I don't know what to expect
It has to do with lack of potassium and is common in pregnancy. Try eating bananas or taking potassium supplements. One thing you can do when you feel a cramp coming on is to stretch your toes up towards your knees. Do this several times, it usually helps to relieve the pain and decrease the duration of the cramps. I get them frequently during pregnancy.
yes leg cramps are verry common in verry early and late pregnancy i found in my pregnancys sleeping with a pillow under your legs with a hot water bottle will help.
