Need help;; having bad cramps on the back of my legs

I just want know if any of you ladies have gotten this before and if so what can you do to decrease the pain. If that's possible.

I keep getting bad cramps in my calfs. I thinks its because I am ALWAYS on my feet due to work so maybe that's why. Another thing is I can't sleep at night.I know its a part of pregnancy bit any ideas on how to sleep would be great.

One more thing is I can't breathe and it irritates me soo bad to the point where I wanna cry (hormones I guess) :(
ANY advice would be appreciated

How far along are you?  As your pregnancy progresses it IS normal to have difficulty breathing.  Remember that baby is taking up a lot of room inside you and pushing all of your other organs out of the way.  That means that everything is being compressed up against your lungs and can cause difficulty breathing.  This can be exacerbated by alllergies if you have them.  Don't over exert yourself and try sleeping in a reclined position, this should help to keep the breathing difficulties to a minimum.

try taking some one with you when you next see them who will give you support. and make it clear about your worrys. as for me i just tell them as it is and make them listen. thats what there there for it could be something as simple as asthma or allergies and if your ob wont listen try talking to your nurse or g.p. good luck.

It has to do with lack of potassium and is common in pregnancy.  Try eating bananas or taking potassium supplements.  One thing you can do when you feel a cramp coming on is to stretch your toes up towards your knees.  Do this several times, it usually helps to relieve the pain and decrease the duration of the cramps. I get them frequently during pregnancy.
