Negative Everything!

The pregnancy tests were negative and so was the blood test. But no period and I have pregnancy symptoms from time to time. What could be going on? Maybe its too soon?

Sorry for your loss.  Its a hard time, I've been there.  A little good news story though.  I was told by my dr I could try straight away and I did and we got pregnant again straight away.  Didn't have a period in between.  I m/c on the 4th and from my scan they say my LMP was the 30th of the same month.  Which means that I did not ovulate again for 6 weeks after the m/c.  That is the time my body took to get back to a cycle after the m/c.  16w today and counting so it is definitely possible for it to happen straight after.  Wishing you the best of luck :)

Hi CamilleL -

I just read that you had a miscarriage.  I miscarried six years ago and my body was honestly never the same after that.  My husband and I tried and tried to get pregnant again, but we never could.  We finally did IVF and were able to conceive that way.

But I guess what I'm saying is that your body could just be going through a lot of hormonal issues after miscarrying.  With me, my period was never regular after that and I ALWAYS had pregnancy "symptoms" EVERY month, but was never pregnant.

Turns out I had a lot of issues going on - PCOS, hypothyroidism, and some other problems.

I know it's so so hard!  Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions or just need to talk through it.

You had a m/c or abortion according to your last post.  You never confirmed which.  you may not be pregnant it may just be your body getting back to normal after the m/c.  It can take a few weeks for your ovulation to occur and then your period to come after that.  I'd wait another 2 weeks and test again if you havent got your period.

if you just became pregnant it might be too soon to test since you haven't gotten your period back yet its impossible to say when you might have gotten pregnant keep testing once a week and soon you'll either get a positive or your period back good luck ttc
