I have also gone off fruit and veg which is all I could stomach around 5-7 weeks gone off all my favourite food inc ginger, I like chocolate nourishments but wasn't sure they were safe to drink during pregnancy I'm being extra careful after 3 m/c this is my 4th preg!

Your appetite usually comes back. If you are worried I would say look into some chocolate protein shakes, that way you know you are getting some good vitamins and what not without having to eat a lot of food. Also try eating small meals throughout the day.

I was the same way with this pregnacy and with my son.  At 9 weeks, the baby really doesn't need all that much nutrition.  As long as you were healthy before you got pregnant, your baby will get what it needs.  Your appetite will come back most likely with the begining of the 2nd trimester.  I'm 12 weeks now and I'm starting to be able to eat more and actually craving more food.  Try not to worry about it.  That's what you're paying the doctor to do.  If they say there seems to be an issue, then worry about it.  Until then, eat what stays down!  Good luck!
