No prenatal Vitamins

I'm currently 12 wks and 1 day pregnant with m 2nd baby, and i'm not taking any prental vitamins. I was taking materna but was told to stop because it was really making me sick. I'm also not taking any folic acid either, but i never took any with my son.
Should i start or is it too late?
I have my prenatal screening test tomorrow,  lets keep our fingers crossed that everything is ok.

i would certainly start taking prenatals. Pregnancy takes alot from the mother so for your health and ur baby's start them asap. try childrens chewables if the others make u sick. (that's what i took with my first pregnancy)

Since I have a problem swallowing pills, I took flintstones chewable my entire pregnancy with my son. My midwife said it was completely fine. Try that and see if it helps. =)

You could also try Womans one a day plus.  they are not to bad to swallow and they dont give  you a nasty aftertaste
