Not Eating

I want to eat so bad,but when I do I feel like throwing up later. I know that I need to eat, because if I don't the baby might not grow properly. What should I do?

In the beginning of my pregnancy the thought of taking prenatals seriously made me want to vomit. Just the thought of taking pills made me sick so I didn't take them for a couple weeks. I tried the gummies and didn't really like those either. Luckily the sickness passed and I take pills that my doctor prescribed me every night before bed. As for throwing up food just try the best you can And don't worry. Almost everyone has the same problem hang in there. And your doc could prescribe you some nausea meds but I heard about them causing defects(probably not true) but I wanted to try and do it naturally.

I tried them and they made me horribly sick, I felt it all the next day too. I'm not sure why, but that's why I would stick to the ones without that.

I had the same problem with the prenatals even when opening the bottle after awile since my body knew what was coming, if you take the gummies they will help but don't get the ones were it looks like there is sugar or something on them.

Some prenatals have a lot of iron in them it can upset the stomach it also depends on when you took it and if you took it with food and stuff. Try taking gummy prenatals.

It could be what your eating, like I want to eat meat/chicken but every time I do I throw up same goes for bananas and eggs. And it's not instant but I will feel sick for awile then throw up.

As long as you're keeping something in your system that's what matters. Try taking your prenatals at night before bed and make sure you are drinking water and/or juice

Do you think that could be the reason why I don't eat also? And what if it's just toast with a little bit of cinnamon sugar on it?

Eat in small quantities 5-6 times a day. Even if it just a granola bar or an apple or some toast. You gotta keep at least something small in your system. Make sure you're taking those prenatals too
