anyone know any good meal replacement shakes? Looking to get my pre-baby body back!
I drink shakeology from beach body. They taste great and are super healthy, I drink them while pregnant now, drank them before to lose weight, and will drink them after. It's pricy at first, but when you think about it it's really a cheap healthy meal. Plus there are many add in u can use to make good recipes. I like the chocolate, and I like to add banana and peanut butter to mine or some strawberries.
