It sounds like with the extra pressure of the baby, you're cutting off circulation to some of the blood vessels. Try propping your legs with a pillow while you sleep and using supportive pillows behind your lower back when you sit. Also, while pregnant don't stay in the same position too long - its good to move around, especially during those commercial breaks! Congrats!
Thanks so much for answering my question, sitting on a nerve makes sence as I get a few niggles and twitches down there, sometimes I even get a nerve in my lower back, I'll deff talk to doctor tomorrow :) thanks again xx
first congrats on your baby!!! you may being gettig numb when you sit a certain way because your baby is prob sitting on your bladder, more blood pumps down here so things tend to get inflammed so your baby might be right on a nerve thus making you numb try leaning forward to move the baby around and def talk with your doc to make sure everything is ok
